At Promos CLOSED Magasin, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping options, delivery times, and order processing.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is €12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving the item(s).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Accessories such as hats, scarves, and belts (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Luxury items marked as final sale.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all tags and labels.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the following address:

  4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost.
